Wilson's Bread Shop opened on Chandos Road in 2022 — our own bread and pastry, and the surplus from the market garden. Thursday to Sunday, mornings; hours can vary, call ahead.
On the counter
Koji cured bacon roll.
A short, changing counter menu — sourdough, focaccia, smørrebrød, canelé, and whatever else the morning's bake and the market garden allow.
From the oven
Canelé, coffee, whatever's left.
Small batches, gone by early afternoon most days — worth getting there before 3pm close.
